Fashion trends for this season say colours and wedges

The new shoe trends for spring/summer are already on the doorsteps. This year they are extra playful, even wild and sometimes look like art creations! If the winter was covered in calm colours, spring is its downrigh top posite. This year everything twirls around delightful and strong colours, especially on shoes, which will be the most perceivable piece of your outfit! The choice of colours, patterns and materials is truly wide. Among the most stylish shoe models wedges are king – the higher, the better. But if you are are looking for something different you will be very happy about the variegated choice of boots and ankle boots for the summer. And a whole squad of new brands arrived at Mass stores. We anticipate to the pleasure of seeing gaily coloured streets very soon!

Shoe trend No. 1: Colours
Summer time is care free time when we can be relaxed and courageus with our styling too. And it is the time when colours truly come alive! This season they are everywhere and especially on shoes. You can choose your favourite colour from all colourtones of the rainbow, the most stylish ones are watermelon red, kingblue, orange, yellow, violet, beige and black and white. Fashionable shoes can have one or two colours and patterns too. We will be wearing a wide choice of playful flower and other fanciful prints. Among all these colour tones noble patterns like python and leopard will definitely stand out. How about materials? The most stylish will be python, patent leather and nubuck.

Shoe trend No.2: Wedges
Last seasons prediction still stays in force: there's no middleway – eighter flat or very high and with platforms. So this season super mega platforms will dominate the cities, dancefloors and beaches. The choice of different designs is huge, from covered toes to fashionable peeptoes or open models with a few straps that unveil your feet. For a stable yet fashionable step they may have sexy colourful bands to windaround your ankles.
But in contrast to the wedge heels the most interesting pieces of this years season are totally flat on the floor – summer boots and ankle boots. They look perfectly nice when worn with trousers or light summer dresses, especially when they are made of jeans fabrics. Many international stars have adopted this style and love it!

Shoe trend No. 3: easy walking in well known styles
Ballerina slippers of all kinds and styles will provide soft and fashionable steps, they might come in calm tones or stand out with interesting patterns. For true comfort you can choose models with elastics bands. And some other wellknown »friends« will make their return this season: at Mass we suggest summer sneakers with linen up pers that allow you feet to breath when it's hot outside. Fashion trends have influenced the new collection by Mass fors pring / summer 2012. Already well known brands will be accompanied by a number of established and crazy brands. Especially women will love the Mass novelties of exclusive and daring new brands like Blackmail, RubyShoo, Natural World, Pops, Pimps and the fashion label Marfe Alba Mercedes. Severina exclusively in Mass shoes

We started in to the season presenting popular singer Severina as the leading figure of our campaign. You can admire her wearing Mass shoes in a daring commercial in the role of Marilyn Monroe in the famous movie scene from »TheSevenYearItch«.
Severina admits that, like most women, she admires shoes. And so she happily responded to our proposal forcooperation. For the media she also talked about fatal love, which she connected with shoes: »You don't know that somebody so fatefully exists until you meet them. You always think this is the right thing because you don't knowthat it can be even better. And it is the same with shoes, every time you think they are the best – until you get to know shoes by Mass you are convinced that the ones in the merketplace are good enough! But when the right energies meet you can't do anything against it.«
